The International Criminal Court’s Office of the Prosecutor plans to conclude its investigation in the Libya Situation by early 2026. Refugees in Libya and ECCHR urge the OTP to keep investigations open and address key accountability gaps, especially for crimes against migrants and refugees and for the role of EU and Member State officials in those crimes.
